Focus on reaching out to our neighbours, sharing
the gospel of good news in a relevant and effective manner.

Provide support for other organizations that
spread the gospel and development assistance beyond our immediate
community.

Encourage and build greater commitment to and
involvement with ministry amongst all members.

Help members identify their gifts and commit to
those areas of ministry where they are called to and uniquely gifted
to serve.

Promote the growth of a small group ministry
program for our Church.

Increase the scope of our educational programs to
meet the needs and interests of a broader range of members of all
ages.

Encourage all committees and groups to
have a strong focus on outreach (to our community, including those
that are un-churched and unsaved) within their programs.

Support the introduction in 2003 of "Alpha
Series", a course focused on enfolding those new to the faith with a
clear and powerful gospel message.

Encourage all members to embrace newcomers to our
Church.

Youth
Ministries - To encourage, and support
with the appropriate resources, the fullest involvement of our youth
in all areas of the Church, including worship, fellowship, outreach
and all other ministries.

Continue to support and encourage the fullest
application of a blended form of worship that glorifies and honours
God, and is meaningful and edifying for all congregational members
and visitors.

Continue to develop and support a wide-reaching
prayer ministry - a passion for prayer that seeks God's leading in
all we set out to do in His name, and to lay before Him all of our
praise, cares and thanksgiving.
